Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary according to the size, weight and fragility of the item being shipped. We have two shipping bands: primary and secondary. Where multiple items are ordered, primary shipping is charged for the item with the largest shipping charge and secondary shipping is charged for other items.

Architectural glass is designed to be installed in a building and so special arrangements will be made for delivery/installation.

Returns Policy
In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return any item ordered over the internet within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in full resellable condition, for a full refund.
Privacy Policy
Collection of Data
The only data Art of Transparency collects is that which is sent to us by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A - hereinafter referred to as PayPal - in order to fulfil your order.
Additionally, on the checkout page you are given the opportunity to subscribe to our occasional newsletter. Accordingly, we will retain your name and email address (as given by PayPal) in order to provide you with that service.
Retention of Data
Order fulfilment data, as provided by PayPal, will be retained not less than 6 months for the purposes of audit.
Your name and email address will be stored until such time as you unsubscribe, which option is available within every email sent from Art of Transparency. If you wish to be removed from the list without waiting for an email, please write to us at NSA Studios, 5 Northumberland Street, North Shields, Tyne & Wear. NE30 1DS.
Sharing of Data
Excepting that our data is hosted and administered by Dreamberry Design. Art of Transparency will NEVER share data with third parties.
Use of Data
Order fulfilment data will be used exclusively to fulfil your order and to allow us to correspond with PayPal on any matters arising from your order. Your email address will only ever be used to contact you in regard of your order and to provide you with our occasional newsletter where you have agreed to receive it.
